Though policies exist that require intervention when witnessing inappropriate force by fellow officers, confusion, fear and established cultures can obstruct compliance. This course examines those realities and dives into solutions that focus on creating an effective culture and establishing trusting relationships that will result in a willing compliance with intervention policies.
Each section contains one video around 20 minutes and has a one-question quiz at the end. You must complete each section to receive a certificate.
